My latest design is the Chalet Brioche Cowl done in Malabrigo Chunky. It begins and ends with 1×1 ribbing and in between is a soft and squishy brioche rib for an even more oversized look. It was named after the Chalet portion of the Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood, just outside of Portland, Oregon where I was staying with friends and co-workers during Happy Knit’s staff retreat.
If you are looking to try out brioche, this is a great beginner project to get you underway in learning this interesting stitch!
The pattern can be downloaded for $1.99 through Ravelry.
